Korean Health Coalition
A coalition of health systems, community-based organizations, academic institutions, physicians associations, student volunteers, and government — working together to improve healthcare access for the Korean American community in Greater New York.

The Korean Health Coalition identifies and addresses critical healthcare needs facing the Korean American community in the Greater New York area. By bringing together organizations and individuals with diverse expertise, the Coalition is able to take on challenges that would be difficult for any single member to address alone — achieving outcomes that are greater than the sum of their parts.

The Coalition's flagship project is the Korean healthcare directory — a comprehensive resource providing medical and healthcare information that is linguistically and culturally accessible for Korean American residents in the Greater New York area.

The Coalition's second major project is a health literacy initiative designed to make critical healthcare information accessible and understandable for Korean American community members. Through bilingual videos, infographics, and educational materials, the initiative addresses topics of pressing concern.
